Truly amazing bridge pickup. Good match with Hand wound Fat 50s neck and middle.
Sound: full, no harsh treble, very good sustain at the same time it has vintage flavour, sensitive to attack, it behaves with overdrive and distortion so good! It has clarity!
Size: it is a bit bigger in size. It fits perfect to standard pick-guard and Strat body.
Clear recommendation!

Runder Klang und mehr Sustain für Vintage Strat am Steg

Ich habe den Lollar PU am Steg meiner Fender CS eingelötet (SSS). Mir fehlte ein wenig das Sustain, welches ich von einer HSS Strat gewöhnt war, wollte aber SSS nicht modifizieren.
Der PU ist ein Vintage klingender Single-Coil und hat etwas mehr Output als der Fender Texas Special. Tatsächlich merkt man sofort das 'bessere' Susatin, auch ist der PU etwas weniger höhenlastig und klingt runder. Mit angezerrten Amp gibt es schönen Crunch, höhenreich und tight in den Bässen. Für mich hat sich der Umbau gelohnt, klare Empfehlung.

P.S. Ich habe auch Mini-Humbucker und NoiseFree PU von Seymour Duncan getestet. Die waren auch gut. Mir hat aber das Vintage 'Knacken' gefehlt.

Monté en remplacement sur une Strato Japon d'environ 85, ce micro apporte ce qu'il faut de mordant et de corps, tout en se mariant parfaitement aux micros d'origine. Mention spéciale sur une drive, ou une disto légère. Montage facile, avec 2 fils je ne me suis pas perdu.
La qualité et le soin de fabrication sont visible, et la boîte (l'écrin ?) ainsi que les goodies (2 médiators et un sticker) sont là pour finir d'achever de m'en convaincre. Respectueux de l'esprit du son Strato, très content de ce choix.
